Today went by in a flash. Me and my roommate were running late to the dart, and since it was either buy a ticket and be late, or go through the side gate and be early, we opted out of the ticket buying thing. As usual, the 8:50 train got us to the IPA with ten minutes to spare, so, like true Dubliners, we stopped at the canteen for a cup of tea. Our first lecture of the day was continued by the same anti-establishment history professor from Friday, where he made his fair share of un-politically correct and even hostile comments at the expense of the Irish and English government. After we had a rather dry lecture from a parliament member, I sneezed and a huge loogy flew out of my throat into my hand. I was sent to the bathroom without even having to ask. I think it was my reward for telling Mallory she coughed like a grandpa and Rob his cough drops looked like boogers. I needed a planner so after class me and some of the other students walked around and shopped for a bit (it was a beautifully breezy day) and then walked home. At the homestay, Andrea showed me a picture of her future house, priced at somewhere around 850,000. It used to be 1.4 million before the collapse. It was a beautiful two floor four bedroom, but With that kind of dough in the U.S. you can buy a fucking mansion. Dinner was take-out at 9:30, and fabio poked my computer and a mysterious blue dot appeared. Well, off to watch anime.
Love,
Lauren
